As panic buying eases, the shop stock levels are returning to normal and we can once again find what we want on the shelves. This might be a good time to think about where your food comes from and how to avoid food waste. Not everyone has the luxury of a garden, allotment or compost bin. The smallest pot of herbs on a window ledge makes a mini garden. And last night's dinner can be today's lunch.
