Glasgow Eco Trust is raffling a voucher for one complimentary bike fit worth £280 from The Bike Fitters.

A bike fit is a bespoke service where you get a professional bike fit at home with The Bike Fitters, the UK’s largest mobile bike fitting network. They come to you and tailor your position for better comfort, performance and power. See below for more details

The voucher is being provided by professional bike fitter Patrick Lamont (https://www.thebikefitters.com/patrick-lamont/) who is based in Edinburgh. Areas shown in the map below are covered, but please note there may be a small fuel surcharge payable by the winner depending on location.

Good causes being supported

There will be up to 500 raffle tickets available and each ticket costs £2 each.

The prize is one voucher for a complimentary bike fit from The Bike Fitters. The voucher is worth £280 and is valid until the 31 May 2026.

How to purchase tickets

You can purchase tickets by selecting the number you wish to purchase above and then selecting 'Checkout'. You will then need to add your contact details and then move on to the payment page to complete the purchase.

Donations - there is also a donation box which is completely optional. Any donations received via the raffle will be split between the three organisations as outlined above. If you choose to make an additional donation you will be prompted about Gift Aid which adds 25p for every pound donated. Gift Aid is not applicable to the raffle ticket purchase price

The raffle will close at midday on Tuesday 10 February 2026 - extended until midday on Thursday 19 February or before if all 500 tickets have been sold.

What is included in your bike fit

  • Initial consultation and pre – fit questionnaire
  • Full biomechanical assessment including testing flexibility and mobility ranges
  • Sit bone measurement and saddle fitting using idMatch Smart Caliper (Intertrochanteric distance measurement, Thigh-diameter measurement & Pelvic rotation measurement)
  • Cleat alignment including forefoot offset using the idMatch Cleat Fit System which includes:
  • Full setup of cleats and shoes (first pair of shoes included, additional pairs are charged separately)
  • Precise measurements of each foot including length of foot, Metatarsal length and foot width using laser guided idMatch foot meter
  • Measurement of forefoot offset using idMatch laser guided forefoot tilt meter
  • Use of laser guided jig with cleat stencil to perfectly align cleats
  • Observation of current riding position (on static trainer)
  • Complete on the bike position measurement with goniometer, stem sizer and IdMatch positioning tool.

Raffle Terms and conditions

Thank you for supporting Glasgow Eco Trust. These terms and conditions refer to online entry to our The Bike Fitters voucher raffle.

1. The Glasgow Eco Trust The Bike Fitters voucher raffle is open to all Great Britain residents on or over the age of 18, except employees (and their families) of Glasgow Eco Trust and any partners or companies directly involved in the running of the raffle.

2. Online entries close at 12.00pm midday on Tuesday 10 February 2026 - extended until midday Thursday 19 February - or before if all tickets are sold. Any entries received after closing will be treated as donations and will not be entered into the draw.

3. The cost of each ticket entry into the Raffle is £2.00. You may purchase a 5 ticket bundle for £10.00. You may purchase more than one ticket but the maximum number of tickets is one hundred (£200) per draw. Payment to enter the raffle must be made in advance of the draw date.

4. No tickets can be sold to, on behalf of, or for a person under the age of 16 years. The Promoter reserves the right to carry out age verification checks.

5. If a ticket is sold unknowingly to, on behalf of, or for a person under the age of 16 he/she will be exempt from the raffle and will forfeit his/her prize and the stake will be returned.

6. Participation in this raffle can be made through the raffle website with payment by credit or debit card, where entrants will be notified by email of their purchase and ticket numbers. Some credit card providers may charge a cash advance fee for raffle ticket payments. Please check with your provider before paying for raffle tickets.

7. Raffle tickets will be entered into the raffle only when the whole payment is received.

8. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for raffle tickets which are lost, damaged, illegible or from which the prize-winner cannot be identified, or for any technical failure or event which may cause the draw to be disrupted or corrupted.

9. The winners will be selected at random from all entries received to this competition.

10. The winners will be notified by telephone and/or email on/before Monday 23 February 2026. If the winner is unable to confirm their details within one week of the draw closing, they will forfeit their prize in its entirety to an alternative winner. Promoter reserves the right to reuse the unclaimed prize for other future Glasgow Eco Trust raffles.

11. If a winner is unable to take up a prize, the promoter reserves the right to award it to an alternative winner and the first winner will not be eligible for any share of the prize.

12. The name of the winner will be published on the Glasgow Eco Trust website or/and Go Eco Glasgow Gazette. 

13. The prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable. No cash alternative will be available.

14. Events may occur that render the promotion or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond Glasgow Eco Trust’s control, which may at its discretion vary or amend the promotion. No liability shall be attached to Glasgow Eco Trust as a result thereof.

15. The prize will be allocated to the first ticket drawn from the prize draw.

17. In the event of an error, howsoever caused, whether a printing error or otherwise and whether obvious or otherwise, which affects the competition in any way, The Promoter reserves the right to administer the raffle as though the error had not occurred. Where the Promoter deems it appropriate and/or feasible it will notify entrants of the error.

18. Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in the disqualification of the entry. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry at their absolute discretion.

19. How the draw works

Every ticket sold is logged onto our online data system, against the ticket purchaser's name. A random ticket number generator, overseen by Neil Lovelock and an additional witness, is then used to generate the winners. Winners are then notified within two working weeks from the draw.
