News and events News Scotland Cycle Repair Scheme launched Glasgow Eco Trust and De'ils On Wheels will be taking part in the Scotland Cycle Repair Scheme which will help fix flat tyres, loose brakes and clunky gears to get folk pedalling again. The coronavirus crisis has hit many people hard, so we know it can be difficult to pay for essential bike repairs right now. If you need a helping hand to get your bike into shape, this scheme provides free repair and maintenance work up to the value of £50. Whether you’ve got an old bike in the shed that needs attention – or the one you’re riding requires some care – you can access a quality mechanic to get your bike repaired, safe and back in use. It’s a simple process – check out our bike repair booking information page. The scheme is funded by The Scottish Government and is administered by Cycling UK. We are also still offering free repairs for Key Workers with funding from Cycling UK's Big Bike Revival key worker fund. UPDATE - MAY 2021 - please note that both the Scotland Cycle Repair Scheme and the Key Worker fund are now closed.
