Glasgow City Council are hosting a virtual Around the World Cycle Challenge during the month of May.

The challenge aims to encourage new and existing cyclists to get out on their bikes for all types of cycling from commuting to just enjoying a family ride in the park.

The total distance Around the World is just over 42,000 km with the route being calculated from city to city based on what would be possible to ride. Flight distance is not counted.

All types of cycling count and people from right across the Greater Glasgow and Clyde Valley can take part. Check the postcode map to check you can take part.
